This will be a FRAMED work exhibition in the Maloof Gallery.

We invite photographers working at the intersection of fashion, identity, and image to submit work for consideration in Fashion 2026, a juried exhibition celebrating the art of fashion photography in all its dimensions — editorial, documentary, conceptual, and beyond. Twenty-four images will be selected for display, and all submitted work must be original, exhibition-ready, and framed for hanging. No work exceeding 24 inches in any single dimension will be accepted. Selection of works for Fashion 2026 will be made by Rafael Gomes, Creative Director of SCAD FASH Museums.

Rafael Gomes is the Creative Director of SCAD FASH museums at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he oversees fashion exhibitions in Atlanta, Georgia, and Lacoste, France. Known for his expert curation, he has been instrumental in establishing SCAD FASH as a premier destination for fashion history and contemporary design.

Prior to joining SCAD, Gomes worked for several years as an archivist and exhibition coordinator for the legendary British designer Vivienne Westwood. In this role, he managed the brand’s extensive archives and coordinated international exhibitions.

Since joining SCAD, he has risen to become the Creative Director of SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film. He is responsible for curating major retrospectives and themed exhibitions that bridge the gap between education and the fashion industry.

ALL WORK MUST BE UPLOADED BY MIDNIGHT ET ON JUNE 5, 2026, OR THEY WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.

SUBMISSION FILE PREPARATION

(These Specifications are for Submission Uploads Only. Please see below for details on files to be printed for exhibition)

  • Export images as .jpg. Resize to 2100 px on the longest side.
  • Rename files to the titles of each work exactly as you wish it to appear (example: My Great Photo.jpg) Your name will be automatically prepended to the file upon upload.
  • Create a single text file with your Personal Info (name, email, phone, website/social media), Artist Statement (500 words max), Bio (250 words max), and Image list (in this order: Title, Year piece was created, Print/Image Size (H x W), Medium (archival pigment print, inkjet print, silver gelatin, cyanotype, etc.), and save this file as a Word doc or PDF. All of this information should be in 1 document.
  • Once you have paid the Entry Fee, you will receive an email with a link to upload your files

All entries must be completed ONLINE. Do NOT email any image files
